Job

We are looking for an experienced HSEQ Manager – Special Foundation Construction (m/f/x) for our location Ausland.

• Effective leadership and management of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) practices within BAUER Technologies and its UK-wide special foundation construction projects
• Assist the project teams and management in the preparation of safe systems of work, quality and management documents for the project to ensure legislative compliance
• Conduct regular safety, environmental and quality site inspections ensuring corrective actions are tracked and completed
• Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, liaise with external agencies (as required)
• Ensure implementation of corrective actions and share lessons learnt with the wider BAUER Group and UK piling industry through the Federation of Piling Specialists
• Maintain HSEQ data and external submittals for the business including trend analysis in line with the businesses KPIs, accident and incidents, audit and submitted observations

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar field of studies
• Professional experience as HSE Manager, HSE Officer or similar role within the UK market; experience in the special foundation business a big plus
• In-depth knowledge of UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and regulations
• Completed HSE related certificates, such as NEBOSH Diploma, ISO Internal Auditor Training, Member of IOSH and IEMA or similar
• Excellent IT skills in Microsoft TEAMS, Word and Excel
