- Maintaining professional communication with customers, insurers, and colleagues nationwide
- Efficiently reviewing and updating data on both internal systems and client portals
- Skilfully scheduling, managing, and reviewing appointments in a timely manner
- Safely handling sensitive data related to customer claims
- Providing regular updates on the progress and timescales of claims/contracts
- Effectively addressing and resolving queries and complaints
- Updating the customer service database and generating reports for management
- A dedicated customer service administrator with a proven track record in similar roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
