Our client is a UKAS accredited and highly respected Asbestos Consultancy with a busy presence in the North West. Since recent expansion, they are recruiting a qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant to cover commercial, industrial and domestic sites across the region. In addition to completing asbestos surveys, you will be a key contact for clients, providing project updates and offering technical advice.

Travel will be required across the following areas:
Blackburn, Preston, Burnley, Clitheroe, Chorley, Bolton, Rochdale, Manchester, Stockport, Altrincham, Wigan, Warrington, St Helens, Skelmersdale, Bootle, Liverpool, Formby, Ormskirk, Southport, Lytham St Annes, Blackpool, Runcorn, Knutsford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Bradford, Keighley, Leeds, Wakefield, Batley, Dewsbury.

• Strong experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant
• Must hold the BOHS P402, or RSPH equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines
• Signed off to complete the full range of asbestos surveys
• Professional manner
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Good communication skills
• Interested in candidates with P401/P402/P403/P404/P404 or S301 CCP

• Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
• Collect ACM samples from sites
• Produce detailed survey reports with schematic drawings
• Meet with clients to provide updates on projects and technical advice
• Answer client enquiries promptly
• Travel across the North West to a range of premises
• Work to personal targets
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
