Based on the outskirts of Preston, this top end Building Structures Consultancy are continuing to expand and are seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to join their team.

You will be joining a company whose central focus is the welfare and professional development of their team. Alongside this they will pay you an above market salary including a generous annual salary and a range of other benefits including flexible working environment.

You will be working on Building Structures projects across the North West ranging in value from £2m to £80m with a particular focus on projects from £20m to £40m in construction value.

You will be leading projects including offices, leisure, mixed use, residential and retail, involving developments of both a new build and refurbishment nature. As well as ensuring the technical delivery of the projects you will be involved in the development of clients, the staff and the business overall. The role has a great scope for professional development and within the growing company this role will lead to significant personal growth.

To be considered for this role, you will be a Chartered Structural (MIStruct

E or MICE) Engineer who is able to work in the Preston area You will have a number of years leading UK building structures projects including liaising with clients, architects and contractors on a regular basis. You will be comfortable using a range of design and analysis software. Above all else, you will be a confident professional who is experienced representing the company at meetings and making project influencing decisions with a demonstrable passion for building structures, great design and delivering projects to the clients.
