About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paraplanner to join our growing financial planning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paraplanner looking to take on a more senior role, providing technical support to financial advisers and mentoring junior team members.

• Prepare and produce technically accurate financial planning reports, including pensions, investments, and retirement planning.
• Provide high-quality paraplanning support to financial advisers.
• Ensure all client documentation is compliant with regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML checks.
• Mentor and support junior paraplanners, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
• Liaise with clients and advisers to ensure smooth advisory operations and follow-ups.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices.

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner, ideally in a senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, pensions, investments, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., DipPFS, AF3, or equivalent).
