Are you an experienced, dedicated Home Manager looking for your next opportunity? We are supporting a well-established residential care home in Blackburn with approximately 60 beds to find a strong leader who can continue to drive high-quality, person-centred care.

This home is proud of its Good CQC rating and is seeking a manager who can maintain and further develop its standards, support staff development, and ensure residents receive the compassionate, dignified care they deserve.

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the home
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered
• Oversee compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
• Support, coach, and develop a dedicated staff team
• Manage budgets, occupancy, and overall performance of the home
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

• Previous Home Manager / Registered Manager experience (residential or nursing)
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Proven leadership and people-management skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional standards of care
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or willingness to work towards it
