Salary: £38,000 per annum rising to £42,000 after 6 months successful probation.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm.

Permanent role.

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a UK-wide manufacturing company based in Blackburn, Lancashire that is looking for an experienced Shift Manager.

• Supervise daily operations of the manufacturing department.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are adhered to.
• Implement efficient processes and standards.
• Train, guide and mentor team members.
• Manage resources effectively to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to align objectives and strategies.
• Report on performance and progress.

• Experience with 5S Lean.
• Preferably from a FMCG background.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
