We are recruiting for several Production Operatives to work at our client’s facility in Blackburn. The customer is a leading confectionary manufacturer. The role will involve assisting in the production process, ensuring that products are made, quality‑checked and packed according to food safety and quality standards.

• Operate production line machinery
• Ensure the quality and safety of food products
• Package finished products
• Follow strict hygiene and safety regulations
• Monitor production processes
• Report issues to team leader
• Perform manual handling tasks
• Check that product matches packaging
• Fill in paperwork when required
• Conduct quality control of products
• Adhere to site rules and procedures

• Ability to work 8‑12 hour shifts
• Previous experience desirable but not essential
• Commute to Blackburn (BB1)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
