Middy's Electrical – Join our team as a Senior Counter Sales professional in our Blackburn branch. We are the largest independent electrical wholesaler in Australia with a national network of over 100 branches.

• Assist with customer enquiries face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Conduct counter sales including customer development.
• Follow up on and notify customers of outstanding orders.
• Maintain a professional store presentation.
• Assist with receipt and dispatch of products.
• Pick, pack and deliver orders to customers.
• Manage stock, including purchasing and inventory control.
• Generate quotations and follow up on them.
• Comply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Competent PC skills.
• Professional personal presentation.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Industry experience not essential; confidence and desire to develop skills and knowledge.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks and availability for overtime.

• Forklift licence preferred.
