Elme Living is a leading Australian wholesaler of artificial flora, homewares, and furniture. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Casual Outlet Team Member to support the day-to-day operations of our Blackburn outlet.

This role is perfect if you enjoy physical work, helping customers, and keeping a retail space looking great. You’ll be involved in stock handling and general outlet support, while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

Active, hands-on work with furniture and homewares

Casual flexibility with regular shifts

Involvement in showroom set-ups and product presentation

Free on-site parking

Assisting with daily outlet operations and customer service

Unpacking, lifting, assembling, ticketing, and moving stock

Supporting re-sets, promotions, and general outlet presentation

Completing basic maintenance tasks to keep the outlet looking its best

Assisting with stock movement and organisation

Following WHS and safe work practices at all times

Retail, warehouse, furniture, or homewares experience (preferred but not essential)

A practical, hands-on approach and confidence with physical tasks

Reliable, punctual, and happy to take initiative

Friendly customer service skills

Ability to work well in a team and take direction

Weekend availability
