ResponsibilitiesFrench speaking Customer Account Executive
Location:
Blackburn
Salary: up to £36,000 per annum
Main duties: To develop and maintain strong working relationships and increase sales opportunities within existing accounts.
The role- To manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling with existing clients
- To process orders through the system and update order status accordingly
- To complete all sales administration including customs documentation
- To respond to customer enquiries within a timely manner
- To take responsibility over a portfolio of accounts
- To liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Fluent in French to high business standard (written and spoken) – Essential
- Experience in a customer service or account management role – Essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated, Proactive and Dynamic personality
- IT Literate and confident with Microsoft Office
