* Job Description:

** Complete the required training and personal development to ensure that you can safely carry out the skills needed for the machine shop.
· Develop in the roll to support department production efficiencies.
· Prevent bottlenecks on production by actively participating and promoting effective teamwork.
· Actively participate and support HSE site team initiatives, as defined by the business.
· Ensure all equipment is operated in a safe condition as instructed
· Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards at all times. It is your responsibility to addresshousekeeping concerns that you have identified and to report to your Supervisor if safety standards arenot being followed or you feel they could be improved.
· To Carry Out Any Other Set Tasks, as instructed, in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
· Actively participate in Right first time, Cycle times & Continual Improvement initiatives.
