Youll be joining a supportive, ambitious team where high performance is recognised, rewarded, and genuinely valued. 45K circa base with an OTE of in excess of 90K based on meeting targets. What Youll Be Doing Generating and winning new contracts, using your industry knowledge and network. Working closely with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored, commercially sound proposals.

Leading the tender process from initial assessment through to award. Accurately estimating costs, timescales, and resources for passive fire projects. Maintaining strong pricing structures and documentation to support confident business decisions. Using Excel to manage reporting, costings, and project data. Staying current with products, systems, and innovations from key manufacturers (Rockwool, Quelfire, Protecta, TBA Firefly, etc.).

What Were Looking For At least 2 years experience in passive fire protection fire stopping, intumescent coatings, steel encasement, or related works. Proven business development experience within the industry. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work under pressure and deliver results. Organised, proactive, and detail-driven. What Youll Get Up to £45k base  a genuinely lucrative bonus scheme .
