We have a fantastic opportunity for you to come and join our team as an Engineering Apprentice.

Our Engineering Apprenticeship programme in Oakdale, South Wales will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fields of general engineering. Daily duties will depend on individual pathway.

You must also be able to attend the Newport and District Group Training Association (NDGTA) centre and our site in Oakdale to undertake the Apprenticeship.

• Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade A-C/9-4 in English and Maths.
• Additional STEM‑related subjects are beneficial.
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, integrity, professionalism, flexibility and commitment.

• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and an interest in engineering within the defence industry.
• Problem‑solving with a willingness to be innovative.
• Committed to learning and developing skills.
