We are looking to appoint a Designate Head Chef to support our Dorset and South West region as required. Designates can expect to train and work in various sites to learn H&W methods and processes for up to 12 months until a suitable permanent location becomes available.

Previous experience and knowledge of leading operations in a managed pub or restaurant service is essential.
