We are actively looking for a Fire Project Surveyor to deliver the fire improvement works for a housing association in the Surrey area on a permanent basis. In return you will receive, car allowance, mileage expenses, 34 days annual leave and hybrid working.

In return as the Fire Project Surveyor, you will receive:

• Up to £60,000

• Delivering the fire improvement works programme on the domestic properties across the East London area
• Supporting on delivering the passive and active fire works off the back of the fire risk assessments completed
• Liaise with the external contractors and residents providing further support on contract admin and managing complaints to promote high level of customer service
• Conduct site inspections ensuring all operatives work is meeting KPIs and conducting H&S checks

• Experience delivering fire improvement works
• Social housing or public sector experience within fire
• Technical qualification in building services or construction
• NEBOSH Desirable
