The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll act as the trusted advisor to senior leaders across manufacturing sites. You’ll combine sharp financial insight with commercial acumen to influence decision-making, support growth, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial analysis, insight, and guidance.

Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and margin improvement.

Support strategic projects focussed on cost saving and business cases.

Build strong relationships across departments, becoming the go-to finance contact for manufacturing leaders.

Requirements
The Ideal Person

We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration and influence:

Outgoing and proactive – you make things happen.

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Strong communicator, able to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Commercially minded, with a track record of adding value beyond the finance function.

Comfortable working in hybrid environments, balancing site visits with remote collaboration.
