• Implement and monitor SHE management systems in alignment with global standards (ISO
  45001, ISO
  14001, ISO
  50001).
• Support ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting according to global and local requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and emergency response drills.
• Coordinate audits, training, and improvement activities to ensure compliance with legal and corporate policies.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness, communication, and behavioral safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive continuous improvement in safety and sustainability performance.
• Prepare and submit environmental and ESG-related documentation to regulatory authorities as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Legally qualified to be appointed as a Safety Manager under Korean law.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Safety, Environment, or ESG management in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of Korean EHS/ESG regulations, ISO standards and global process.
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills (Eng-Kor bilingual preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Power Platform, SharePoint, and digital tools to improve workflow efficiency and user experience.
• Experience with safety data systems, ESG reporting tools, or internal audit management.
• Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and passion for workplace safety and sustainability.
