• Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies in automotive mechanical design.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

• Conduct thorough design reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline;
  Master's preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years focused on the automotive industry.
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Expertise in CAD/CAE software (e.g., CATIA, ANSYS, Solid Works) for design and simulation.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, including powertrain, chassis, or thermal management.
• Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and quality control in automotive production.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with hybrid or electric vehicle technologies is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO/TS 16949.
