Press Shop Foreman

• Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings;
• Liaising with Production teams;
• Overseeing the fabrication team, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Managing resources, optimizing equipment utilization and control costs
  within the press shop.
• Managing machine maintenance schedules and tool requirements.
• Monitor and report on machine utilization and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives to enhance
  efficiency and performance management.

Requirements:

• Matric;
• Own transport;
• Boiler making / Welding as an advantage.
• Able to work long hours and under pressure.
• High energy levels and self-motivated;
• Reliable transport
• Good communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with team members).
• Minimum of 5 years experience in press shop work environment.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Forman.
