- Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 per year
- PTO: 17 days starting with increases with tenure
- Retirement: 401K with match – 6% contribution = 4% match

- Support the business in describing business requirements at a technical level to enable global team collaboration.
- Own and resolve medium to complex technical incidents without escalation by providing effective solutions.
- Participate in enterprise architecture projects and complete work tasks with limited or no support.
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements, presenting options with long-term goals in mind.
- Identify process optimizations and propose improvements for global solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for training and support for users in all operational activities.
- Train key users on new functionalities in cross-functional departments as needed.
- Build test scenarios for new functionalities and document findings in detail.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Business Process Consultant, or similar role.
- Prior experience using SAP Materials Management, Procurement, and/or production modules
- SAP S4/HANA experience required
- Strong knowledge of business processes.
- Experience with system integration and third‑party solutions implementation.
- Prior project management experience preferred.
