About the role
Shared responsibilities

- to comply with the Business Information Centre (BIC) and minimise any impact on the environment whilst carrying out their duties.

-Working directly with a team of 4 other repair technicians within a wider team of 26 people that form the Service Department in Blyth.
Role Requirements
Education/Qualifications
Minimum - HNC Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Related Experience
Experience of working within an electronic repairs environment.
Skills, Special Competencies
Essential:
- PC skills with good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good communications skills in English Language (Written and Verbal).
- Customer focus with a positive attitude towards solving customer problems.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers.
- Confident and able to work effectively under own initiative and as part of a team.
Desirable:
- SAP experience.
