We are a growing, forward-thinking care service rated Outstanding in three areas of care. With our strong reputation for excellence and person-centred support, we are now seeking a passionate and organised Client Experience Manager to join our expanding team in South East Northumberland.
Role OverviewThe Client Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring every client receives the highest standard of care and customer service. You will act as the key point of contact for clients and their families, ensuring that care plans are personalised, reviewed, and delivered with excellence. Working closely with the senior management team, you will support the company’s vision for growth while maintaining our outstanding standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and continuously improve the client journey, from initial enquiry through to ongoing service delivery.
- Ensure all care plans are tailored, regularly reviewed, and responsive to changing client needs.
- Act as the main liaison for clients and families, addressing concerns and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Monitor client satisfaction through regular reviews, visits, and quality assurance checks.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff to ensure client needs are met consistently.
- Promote best practice in line with CQC requirements, ensuring the service remains compliant and continues to achieve outstanding ratings.
- Work alongside the Registered Manager and senior leadership to contribute to business development and service growth.
- Lead by example, supporting staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Proven experience in a senior role within domiciliary care, social care, or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, families, and staff.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and driving continuous improvement.
- Competitive salary of £33,000 per annum
