. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join our team within our Blyth office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who can work to tight deadlines and manage their own workload.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Conduct pre-screen and face to face interviews and assessments based on client needs
• Maintain accurate records and conduct pre-employment checks.
• Great team environment and plenty of support
• An excellent opportunity in a high performing office

• Previous experience as a recruitment consultant or people manager
• High volume recruitment experience in sectors such as Industrial or logistics
• Full UK Diving licence

• Strong IT skills in excel and work along with the ability to write and post adverts using various media outlets
• Must have a thorough, organised and methodical approach
• Strong local market knowledge
• Have good attention to detail
• Be committed and able to react to client needs
