Responsibilities- Carry out service, repairs and commissioning on a wide range of Dräger equipment as directed by Senior Technician/Engineering Supervisor.
- Ensure required turnaround times are achieved for all repairs.
- Complete all product and process training as directed by Engineering Supervisor.
- Complete all mandatory technical processes relating to the repairs.
- Input data into test certificates, calibration certificates and databases accurately.
- Prepare technical repair reports as required by the customer.
- Customer contact will be required.
- Complete all service orders to ensure accurate quotation and invoice creation.
- Enter material requirements on the service order accurately.
- Handle spare parts correctly to maintain stock accuracy.
- Comply with Health & Safety requirements within the workshop at all times.
- Maintain housekeeping to a high level.
- Take a proactive approach to improving workshop efficiency and safety.
- Understand and adhere to COSHH requirements.
- Be aware of risk assessments for individual tasks.
- Handle tooling appropriately and ensure calibration dates are valid where applicable.
- Safely handle compressed gas cylinders.
- Maintain a flexible approach to other repair-oriented tasks as required.
- Assist with occasional field work when required.
- Comply with the Business Information Centre (BIC) and minimise any impact on the environment whilst carrying out duties.
- Ensure and promote safe working conditions for all employees, visitors and contractors by implementing, monitoring and complying with occupational health & safety provisions.

Manager – Engineering Supervisor. You will work directly with a team of four other repair technicians within a wider Service Department of 26 people.
Qualifications Education / QualificationsMinimum – HNC Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
ExperienceExperience working within an electronic repairs environment.
Skills & CompetenciesEssential
- PC skills with good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Customer focus with a positive attitude towards solving customer problems.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers.
- Confident and able to work effectively under own initiative and as part of a team.

- SAP experience.
