Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn Nursery, and Mother/Baby units
• Monitor and interpret fetal heart monitoring data to assess maternal and fetal well-being
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to obstetric patients throughout all stages of the perinatal experience
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support safe outcomes for mothers and newborns

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required — must be through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS certification required — must be through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Fetal Heart Monitoring certification required
• Ability to float and work across Antepartum, L&D, Postpartum, Newborn Nursery, and Mother/Baby settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume Labor & Delivery or OB unit
• Familiarity with caring for both low- and high-risk obstetric patients
