🕒 37.5 hrs per week

• 🔎 Strong understanding of risk, identifying risk, and implementing mitigation strategies
• 🛡️ Safeguarding Adults knowledge and ability to manage and identify risks
• 📋 Ability to complete needs assessments
• 🗂️ Support planning skills to commission care and support
• 📘 Knowledge and experience of the Care Act
• 🧠 Knowledge and experience of the Mental Capacity Act
• 👥 Able to attend and chair a range of meetings related to the social worker role
• 📚 Ability to manage a varied caseload
• 🎓 Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
• 🧑⚕️ Prior Social Work experience
• 📅 Minimum 1 year in a similar role
• 📝 Registered with Social Work England

• 🏠 Ability to work remotely from home
• 🚗 Must be a car user, able to travel across the East Locality Area
• 📍 Should live within a reasonable commuting distance to complete face‑to‑face assessments
