Kernow Veterinary Group, located in the heart of mid Cornwall, is set in one of the UK’s most beautiful regions, offering easy access to stunning coastlines, countryside adventures, and a wide range of leisure activities. Our dedicated equine team includes 7 Equine Vets, one EVN and one ECA, all committed to delivering excellent care. We’re equipped with excellent facilities, including dedicated hospitalisation and surgical suites, digital X‑ray, gastroscopy, full dental equipment, a surgical laser, and much more to support high‑quality clinical work.

The role offers a 37.5‑hour working week, typically over four 10‑hour days, with the rota designed to provide a day off following a weekend on call. You’ll take part in a fully supported 1:6 rota for full weekends and evening OOH cover.

The position can be tailored to suit either 100% Equine work or a 50:50 Equine/Farm split.

A company vehicle is provided for both business and personal use, and short‑term accommodation support can be arranged if needed.
