• Work 37.5 hours per week over four days (Monday to Friday) to support a healthy work‑life balance.
• Participate in the out‑of‑hours rota, including one weekend in ten and one weeknight in five for in‑patient care.
• Receive full support and backup for all out‑of‑hours shifts.
• Gain practical experience across all five small‑animal branches on rota, after you have established confidence at the initial site.
• Engage in the Graduate Academy blended learning programme, access an international community of veterinary professionals, and explore CPD and research opportunities.
• Receive guidance from a dedicated mentor to help you progress and thrive.
