About the Role

The Senior Manager within the Entertainments & Leisure department will be accountable for the smooth planning and operational delivery of our entertainment and leisure proposition across family breaks, weekender breaks and resort‑based events at the Bognor Regis Resort. Responsibilities include leading entertainment teams (Redcoats, performers, technical support), managing product delivery for activities and large‑scale shows, overseeing swimming pool, fairground and indoor soft‑play areas, and ensuring health & safety compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute entertainment and leisure activities across multiple guest demographics.
  • Lead and support teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, high service standards and budgetary results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external industry experts and suppliers.
  • Ensure all operations comply with health and safety legislation and company policies.
  • Set strategic direction for the team while remaining engaged in day‑to‑day operations.
About You

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes guest experience and has strong experience in a similar entertainment or leisure environment.

  • Extensive event management experience.
  • Experience building relationships with external suppliers and industry experts.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety procedures, processes and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent customer‑facing skills, ability to handle queries and complaints.
  • Analytical mindset with cost forecasting and financial management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with teams at all levels.
  • Curious mindset, willing to challenge the status quo.
