£25,792 per annum + recycling bonus

• Saturday - Wednesday
• HWRS Summer - 8.45am to 6.15pm
• HWRS Winter - 8.45am to 4.15pm

As a Site Operative
, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our recycling centre runs safely and efficiently. From assisting visitors to maintaining the site, your work will help create a cleaner, greener community.

• Support the day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Assist visitors in sorting and recycling waste effectively.
• Keep the site clean, safe, and organized.
• Prevent commercial and non-compliant waste from entering the site.
• Promote recycling by maximizing waste segregation wherever possible.
• Be part of a team making a tangible impact on the environment and the local community.
• Gain hands‑on experience working in a dynamic, outdoor environment.
