The Stage Manager will help to oversee the consistent smooth running of the technical entertainment delivery, including coordinating the LX/AV/Sound/Stage teams that sit within this.

• Lead, coordinate and implement training and development of the technical support team in the areas of STAGE, AV, LX, AUDIO.
• Liaise with stage-based performance content to ensure it is delivered as directed and produced.
• Welcome, support and deliver assistance to visiting artistes and acts on stage and in dressing rooms.
• Plan and deliver day-to-day running and operation of venues, ensuring all shows are consistently delivered to a high standard.
• Continuously evaluate the quality of the technical delivery in AUDIO, STAGE, LX, AV, and keep technical specifications and documentation up to date.
• Work with other Stage Managers, Support Stage Manager, Technical Manager and technical support teams to create the correct atmosphere through AUDIO, LX, AV and STAGE visuals for Big Weekender, family breaks and corporate events.
• Implement systems, processes and procedures for the upkeep and maintenance of all technical equipment specific to venues and the resort, keeping accurate backups of all files and show media.
• Develop a robust cover programme for the operation of shows and create effective development and succession planning for the technical team in all fields of STAGE, AV, AUDIO, LX.

• Previous experience in the delivery of live entertainment shows.
• Strong communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Innovative, with an ability to identify areas for improvement and implement ways to enhance processes.
• Attention to detail, ensuring adherence to all company procedures, best practices and brand guidelines.
• Flexible for working patterns across family breaks, Big Weekends and corporate events, covering 40 hours a week.
