Aftersales Manager

Our Client is an established dealership and they’re currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Bognor Regis area.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum with an OTE up to £70,000
5% profit share on sales, encouraging excellent performance
Monday to Friday working week with some Saturday mornings for month-end, typically 1 in 4
Company vehicle supplied, inclusive of BIK tax and fuel card with mileage tracking
25 days annual holiday plus statutory leave entitlement
Opportunity to lead a strong team of technicians and advisors
Play a pivotal role in driving workshop efficiency and workshop loading

Requirements:

An experienced Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
Strong Technical knowledge
An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success

Responsibilities:

Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.

The salary for this position is £35,000 basic with a potential OTE of £60,000.
