Our lifeguards are dedicated to ensuring that our guests enjoy their time while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes at our Splash Waterworld. Guest safety is our top priority, so this role requires exceptional attention to detail. You will interact with guests and provide outstanding customer service.

In this position, you will also promote and organise poolside activities, creating memorable experiences for our guests while keeping their safety at the forefront of everything you do.

Typical working hours for this full‑time role cover 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends. During our Big Weekender breaks you may be working in our Bars department; therefore flexibility and reliability are essential, as we operate seven days a week. Live‑in accommodation may be available for those who are relocating to the area for this full‑time position.

• Monitor the pool during busy periods to ensure safety.
• Promote and organise poolside activities.
• Engage with guests and provide customer service.
• Serve in the Bars department during Big Weekender breaks if required.
• Maintain safety standards and report incidents.

• Strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail.
• Age 18 or over.
• Previous lifeguard qualification preferred.
• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) essential.
• Ability to work independently and supervise areas.
