Our lifeguards are dedicated to ensuring that our guests enjoy their time while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes at our Splash Waterworld. Guest safety is our top priority, so this role requires exceptional attention to detail. You will interact with guests and provide outstanding customer service.

• Ensure guest safety in the pool and on flumes.
• Monitor the pool during busy periods.
• Interact with guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Promote and organise poolside activities, creating memorable experiences.
• Work in the Bars department during Big Weekender breaks, ensuring flexibility and reliability.

Full‑time position covering 35 hours per week, 5 days a week, including evenings and weekends. Live‑in accommodation may be available for those relocating.

• A strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail.
• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) required.
• Previous lifeguard qualification a plus.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Able to supervise independently when necessary.
• Enthusiastic, engaging, and able to connect with a diverse range of people.
