Accounting Officer

Job Requirement – Accounting Officer (Senior Level) Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in accounting operations or financial reporting.

Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).

Demonstrated experience in general ledger management
, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing.

Proficient in financial statement preparation (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).

Skilled in cash flow management
, forecasting, and liquidity control.

Hands‑on experience with AP/AR processes
, bank reconciliation, and inventory accounting.

Proficient in accounting systems/software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle, Jurnal., or similar).

Strong analytical, numerical accuracy, and financial reporting skills.

Knowledge of taxation basics (PPh, PPN) and supporting compliance documentation.

Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality in handling financial data.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑department stakeholders.

Able to work independently and handle tight deadlines.

Certification in accounting or taxation (Brevet A/B) is a plus.

Experience in cost analysis or budgeting is an advantage.

Familiarity with audit processes and coordination with external/internal auditors.
