Senior Accountant Food Manufacturing ( Chips Product

PT Mamame Whole Foods is a fast-growing FMCG company committed to delivering high-quality, healthy food products. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting professional to join our team and support our financial operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in FMCG / manufacturing environment, especially in costing
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Xero, SAP, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of English (written & spoken)

• Handle a full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets)
• Prepare monthly financial closing, including:
  • Balance Sheet
  • Cash Flow
• Ensure timely and accurate journal entries
• Perform reconciliations:
  • Intercompany reconciliation
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate depreciation
  • Calculate and review COGS and variances (usage, price, production loss)
  • Reconcile inventory vs General Ledger
• Review supplier invoices and manage payment runs
• Monitor customer receivables and aging
• Improve accounting SOPs and internal controls
• Support system migration and process improvements
• Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks as required
