Quantity Surveyor; QS

This role involves supporting construction projects by preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing drawings, and monitoring project volumes. You will work closely with project and purchasing teams to ensure cost efficiency, proper material planning, and compliance with technical standards throughout the project.

Review construction drawings and prepare cost estimates (BOQ/RAB) for civil works, architectural works, structural works, infrastructure, interior and MEP (added value).

Prepare cost estimates for MEP works (added value).

Conduct clarification and aanwijzing sessions during the tender process with the purchasing team.

Perform volume control and verification of actual site implementation based on shop drawings.

Coordinate with the Project Manager/Site Manager regarding material requirements, project costs, site preparation, and work quality (SBO).

Carry out cost control activities and ensure alignment with the approved project budget.

Minimum education:

S1 in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Cubicost Glodon and Revit (added value).

Able to read and understand construction drawings and tender documents.

Strong cost analysis skills.

Good understanding of construction materials, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation (RAB).

Willing to be placed at Megamendung (Bogor Regency).
