Responsibilities
- Melaksanakan evaluasi rutin terhadap seluruh fasilitas gedung untuk memastikan kondisi dan fungsinya tetap terjaga.
- Mengelola penyusunan serta pengumpulan laporan teknis bulanan terkait kondisi peralatan, penggunaan energi, ketersediaan material, dan daftar inventaris.
- Memastikan seluruh fasilitas mall beroperasi dengan baik dan sesuai standar yang ditetapkan.
- Memantau dan memastikan kinerja teknisi selalu optimal serta mematuhi prosedur dan peraturan yang berlaku.
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Mesin atau Teknik Elektro.
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan kemampuan kepemimpinan yang efektif.
