Event & Entertainment Manager

We are seeking an Event & Entertainment Manager to design, manage, and execute all entertainment programs, live shows, and thematic events at EIGER Adventure Land. This role is responsible for ensuring each event delivers an inspiring, safe, and well-planned experience that aligns with the park’s Meaningful Adventure concept. The position leads the Cast Member team and collaborates across departments to create memorable moments for every guest.

Develop event concepts, live shows, character animation, and entertainment programs that align with the brand and thematic direction of the park.

Oversee the entire event lifecycle, including planning, preparation, rehearsals, show operations, and post-event evaluation.

Lead, coach, and develop Cast Members to ensure professional performance quality and effective character.

Ensure each event and performance enhances guest engagement and delivers an emotionally impactful experience.

Establish event SOP and risk mitigation plans related to crowd control, prop handling, and performer safety.

Prepare event reports, performance evaluations, and recommendations for program improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Performing Arts, Hospitality, Tourism, Creative Industry, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in event management, entertainment operations, performance management, or theme park entertainment.

Strong creative ability with proven experience managing large-scale shows, festivals, or events.

Able to lead performers/talent effectively and cultivate a positive working culture.

Proficient in project management, timeline execution, and cross-department coordination.

Basic knowledge of show technical elements (audio, lighting, staging) is a strong advantage.

Communicative, creative, disciplined, and highly guest-experience oriented.
