• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role (FMCG).
• Proven track record in managing multi‑plant operations and high‑volume distribution.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and forecasting tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain digitalization and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean & Six Sigma).

• Develop and monitor monthly and annual demand forecasts using historical data and sales/marketing input.
• Design effective product allocation strategies for both distributor and OEM channels.
• Ensure strong coordination between production, logistics, and commercial teams for efficient supply planning.
• Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turnover) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Head of Manufacturing to align production capacity with demand plans.
