Responsibilities
- Managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring SOP on Store, and waste management, achieving sales goals.
- Schedule shifts and manage employee time off requests.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Manage stock organization, including receiving and displaying merchandise.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent shrinkage.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and sales events.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Previous experience in a retail environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Good leadership and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing issues.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
