Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is hiring an Excavator Operator for its Boise project site to safely operate CAT 395 excavators or comparable large excavating equipment, performing mass excavation, bulk earthmoving and large-scale dirt and rock removal and loading CAT 775/777 rigid-frame haul trucks and other off-highway hauling equipment. The operator maintains efficient production cycles with safe and accurate loading, works closely with haul truck drivers, dozer operators and ground crews, follows excavation plans, grade requirements and project specifications, and performs daily pre-operation inspections.

Previous hands-on experience operating CAT 395 or comparable large excavators is strongly preferred, along with experience in heavy civil construction, mass excavation, mining, quarrying or large-scale earthmoving and proven experience loading large off-highway haul trucks; benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance and a 401K with company contribution up to 5%.
