We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and has a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality talent quickly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver talent solutions against demanding timelines.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, Linked In Recruiter, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and niche positions.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communications throughout the hiring process.
• Present qualified candidates with speed and accuracy while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer management.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track recruitment activity and provide regular reporting on hiring progress, pipeline health, and market insights.
• Meet defined recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, candidate submissions, interviews arranged, and placements made.
• Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience in an agency, staffing, RPO, or corporate recruiting environment.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for temporary, contract, or contingent workforce positions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
• Strong sourcing capability across Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, Career Builder, Zip Recruiter, and other sourcing channels.
• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
