Techno Functional Consultant; TPM & CRM

Roles and Responsibility We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Consultant specializing in SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management) and SAP CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with US/EU clients in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP CRM solutions with a strong focus on TPM processes including planning, budgeting, execution, settlement, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and related CRMfunctionalities.
• TPM processes including:
• Trade promotions
• Promotion planning
• Promotion execution
• Customer/product hierarchies
• Fund Plan and fund Ids
• Claims and settlements
• Promotion accruals
• Trade spend management
• Integrated SAP CRM with SAP TPM and SAP S/4
  
  HANA to support end‑to‑end trade promotion processes.
• Condition contract management implementation experience
• SAP CRM upgrade and migration activities.
• Work closely withABAP, integration, BW/BI, and other technical teams.
• Support interfaces betweenTPM/CRM and systems such as SAP ECC/S/4
  
  HANA, BW.
• Work with SAP CRMcomponents and integration with ERP/SAPS/4
  
  HANA.
• Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and ensure data integrity. Work on resolving data synchronization issues between ECC and CRM.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configurationdocuments, and user guides.
• Support data migration, cutover, deployment, andpost-go-liveactivities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root‑cause analysis.
• Participate in workshops with business usersand provide trainingwhere required.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of SAP experience, with a minimum of 5 years in SAP CRM and TPM.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP TPM/ Trade Promotion Management, Funds Management, Claims & Settlement, and CRM Marketing & Sales functionalities.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP CRMService processes.
• Understanding of Consumer Products / CPG/ FMCGbusiness processes.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP CRM/TPMand SAP ECCor S/4
  
  HANA.
• Strong understanding ofSD, customer master, product master, pricing, billing, and settlement processes.
• Experience in functional specification preparation and coordination with technical teams.

Certifications (Optional but Advantageous):

• SAP Certified Application Associate – CRM, TPM
