Job Description & How to Apply Below

Are you a supply chain leader who thrives on improving operations, optimizing planning processes, and driving performance across a global manufacturing organization?

The Richmond Group's Growth Practice is partnering with a leading organization in the Medical Device & Life Sciences sector to identify a (remote) Director of Supply Chain to lead supply chain planning, strengthen operational performance, and drive continuous improvement across a growing global operation.

This highly visible leadership role will focus on Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and end-to-end supply chain execution. You'll play a critical role in aligning supply with customer demand, improving planning accuracy, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring materials and products move efficiently throughout the organization.

Working closely with senior leadership, including the COO, you'll have the opportunity to build more effective planning processes, improve cross-functional alignment, and drive measurable improvements in supply chain performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and wants to help scale a world-class manufacturing organization.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong background in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading SIOP/S&OP processes, demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated success improving inventory management, forecast accuracy, material availability, and overall supply chain efficiency
  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, production planning, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
  • Ability to collaborate across Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and Procurement to align business priorities and drive results
  • Familiarity with ISO, FDA, and other regulatory requirements within complex or highly regulated manufacturing environments

If you're a results-driven supply chain leader who enjoys connecting strategy with execution, building effective planning processes, and making a measurable impact on operational performance, we'd love to connect!
