Inventory Control Analyst

Our client is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to join their team. As a Inventory Control Analyst, you will be part of the team supporting inventory manangement. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to follow process and documentation standards which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: Day - Mon to Fri - 8 Hours What's the Job?

• Ensure security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.
• Conduct physical inventories and lead cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
• Analyze cycle count results and, when able, correct discrepancies to improve inventory integrity.
• Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy.
• Compile and document all transactions for data entry to support reliable reporting.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related transaction documentation and auditing work.
• Strong ability to verify processes and procedures and maintain security and accountability standards.
• Experience conducting physical inventories and leading cycle counts.
• Proficiency in analyzing discrepancies and taking corrective action when able.
• Ability to compile, document, and enter transactions accurately and consistently.
