About the role

Welo Global is a leader in multilingual AI, technology, and content solutions with a global network of linguists. This role is the language quality owner for English into Bosnian Cyrillic and the primary client-facing linguistic expert on quality for UI, marketing, product, and related content.

What you'll do

• Analyse requirements, review style guides and glossaries, and record changes with reference to client corrections and calibration notes
• Lead regular alignment round tables and publish a monthly quality digest covering performance and improvements
• Coach Reviewers one-to-one, run shadowing sessions, and deliver training from alignment data
• Propose style guide updates and share cross-locale patterns with the Welocalize Quality Manager
• Maintain client alignment, raise concerns with evidence, and aim to minimize surprises over time

What they're looking for

• 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
• Direct experience as primary contact for client Language Managers and managing arbitration or escalation processes
• Deep experience with localization evaluation frameworks such as RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping
• Ability to analyse style guide changes and map client expectations by content type
• Hands-on coaching, shadowing, alignment round tables, and monthly quality reporting
• Native-level Bosnian Cyrillic and professional-level English
