Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Full Stack Developer for a Full-Time position.

Role Summary

Builds Java and React features for the modernized platform under senior direction, applying AI-assisted development tooling to accelerate delivery while verifying every generated output against acceptance criteria and legacy behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Java services and React components to defined acceptance criteria and migration specifications.
• Use AI coding assistants to draft code, tests, and documentation, and validate all output before submitting for review.
• Translate discrete legacy modules to the target stack under senior guidance, confirming functional parity.
• Author unit and integration tests, including AI-generated cases reviewed for coverage and correctness.
• Apply the team's AI usage standards, including data-handling restrictions on sensitive case information.
• Resolve defects, support releases, and maintain technical documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Two (2) years of specialized experience may substitute for one (1) year of the academic requirement.

Minimum Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of full-stack development experience, including hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools in a professional setting.

Certifications: One required certification and one certification obtainable after hire. Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Developer – Associate, Microsoft Certified:
Azure Developer Associate, Oracle Certified Associate Java SE, Microsoft Certified:
Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), or Git Hub Copilot or equivalent AI-assisted development credentials.

Required Skills: Java and Spring Boot, React and Type Script, REST APIs, SQL, Git, Agile delivery, unit testing, and practical use of AI coding assistants with disciplined output verification.

Preferred

Skills:

Exposure to legacy modernization, familiarity with Delphi or Pascal, prompt engineering fundamentals, and accessibility-aware front-end development.

Technical Environment: Java 17+ with Spring Boot, React 18 with Type Script, REST APIs, PostgreSQL or SQL Server, Docker, Git Hub Copilot or Amazon Q Developer, Git with Git Hub Actions or Jenkins, JUnit, Jest, Postman, and Sonar Qube.
