Work model: On‑site (Must be in Portugal or relocate)
Relocation Support: International candidates receive relocation assistance (flight reimbursement), accommodation options, and a signing bonus between €1,000 and €2,000 depending on project and start date
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑oriented individual to join our team as an Italian‑speaking Customer Care Advisor. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian‑speaking customers. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e‑mail and phone calls.
Requirements
Italian C2 level
English B2 level
Customer‑centric or sales attitude
